Fast changing environment with a great product but sometimes forget about the little people

Fair working hours and company benefits ie pension contributions, healthcare etc. Amazing product - truely life changing Always looking to grow and be better Passionate people the entire business is invested in the product and the customer
Cons
A real disconnect between management and the office staff. An adapt or leave attitude is harbored by supervisors or managers, and management isn't always open to hearing about how employees feel about changes or ever open to feedback that does not fit the 'vision' The staff on the ground making sure things function in the background tend to get forgotten about and are under appreciated; this is reflected in new hire salaries which are getting lower. Frequent reshuffles of departments with little consideration for staffs wellbeing Very busy at all times which often means the small things that made this company great at the start have slipped Rapidly growing company that has alot of work to do for "their people" and "their culture" still finding their feet
