Pros

The vision of the company and improving the lives of many people. The collaboration between teams. They're is actually good hardworking people.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging not only in the management level but also in the supervisor level. It is true when they say your best workers leave because of it. In the past year or so I've seen the best engineers, technicians, associates, and others leave because of bad management. Some I have to say the best workers in this region. Don't know what has happened but some of the people in management that are supposed to be technical aren't really technical. So they rely on their most technical workers to do all of the work for them.

Pros

Small site, little walking and easy parking

Cons

Will mislead candidates during hiring process regarding hybrid work schedule, and once hired will switch to full time on site. Very poor treatment of H1B workers. Shockingly poor managerial culture

Pros

Cool projects to work on and very fair in terms of work flexibility. Have the right ideas about how to move forward as a business and are making an effort to improve.

Cons

This is new since management has been chaning. Being told that the new cultrue is accountability while lacking accluntavility from upper management themselves. Micro-managing is emerging as the dominant style, while questioning upper management on issues results in defelction of accountability to, "figure it out yourself instead of whining". I would've given 3 stars before all these changes, but now overall 2 stars. Will update the review if things change. The benefits aren't that great and pay is okay as long as you haven't been there for a long time. Not a place to stay for long.
