      Pros

      Loved the team environment. The only reason I gave them more than 1 star is because somehow management found enough supervisors in charge of hiring that know how to build an amazing team and support them.

      Cons

      Upper management lacks connection with employees. Major outsourcing more than 10% of the company goes to the Philippines and Mexico. Lay-offs and restructuring galore. Puts the all-mighty dollar above customers and their care or consideration.

      Pros

      Life saving technology that truly changes lives.

      Cons

      Very much a silo mentality. Departments have poor flow of communication and the mindset is such it’s not needed for other departments to know because that’s not in the persons job responsibilities. Makes for duplication of work for many in an environment that’s already extremely busy.
