Healthcare Company with the Worst Employee Healthcare Coverage

Company doing well financially and stock is doing very well.

Cons

Worst Health Insurance (United Healthcare). Costs $600+ US / month for a family plan and hardly anything is covered. Out of pocket expenses are through the nose. Lots of silos. Everybody covering their own a55. Salaries are low. 401k matching is a meager 2%. Managers too afraid to defend their own teams. Very low accountability. Archaic document control methods. For a company in the healthcare business you would think they would care more for their employee's health and provide a real, competitive health insurance. Expect to pay up the wazoo for healthcare.

The company is growing and yes that can mean a little chaos as we scale to next level and the next. Get in now and help shape that future. Great benefits, great compensation and waking up every day knowing you’re making a difference to people living with diabetes!

Cons

Sorrento Valley is a tough commute and you will hear about the parking as soon as you are scheduled to interview. It’s not a joke. Parking is a hassle and while there are coffee shops and convenience stores onsite, there is no cafeteria and limited options for walking to eat. We do have a food truck every day though

-Love to work for a company where I can really stand behind the mission and values -Great culture with friendly employees and a fun environment -A lot of growth in the company which leads to exponential room for growth -A company that really values the opinions and ideas of the employees

Cons

-The growth can be a little overwhelming at times and sometimes you feel that you cannot keep up
