      Pros

      Some decent advancement opportunities in certain areas.

      Cons

      Horrible management, and no one that I talked to had been there for more than 2 years. That says something about a company if they can't retain employees for more than a year or two.

      Pros

      Camaraderie, team mentality, it's good if you are looking for a stable place to do a good job and have solid income. You can't have the "it's not my job" mentality to be successful at Dexcom.

      Cons

      As everyone says, Parking is horrible. HR is a bureaucratic nightmare at times.

      Pros

      * Waking up everyday knowing that my daily efforts will benefit people with diabetes around the world. * VERY smart folk; I love all the incredible brains around here. * The company has a passion for managing diabetes. * Very good benefits.

      Cons

      * With rapid growth, the alignment of departments between locales hasn't been what it needs to be. * Efforts are compartmentalized (ibid.). * 100% of effort is applied to 80% of goals. * A rush-to-market causes employees to have to "drink from a firehose" in their endeavors. * From the Management Dilemma of "Good, Fast, or Cheap–select two," Dexcom frequently selects Fast and Cheap.
