Dexian India Technologies offers a positive and inclusive work culture with a friendly and supportive team. It’s a great place for freshers to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment, with good exposure to end-to-end processes. The management is approachable. Overall, it provides a welcoming environment with ample learning opportunities.

Cons

Culture needs to be more built rather then number driven Proper Incentive structure has to be there Heavy Manual work, needs a framework and process to streamline and progress daily sourcing and recruitment work
