      They reached out on a weekend and had me “FaceTime” then started to take screenshot pictures of me instantly felt uncomfortable

      Went from loving to dreading work

      Pros

      An amazing group of talented and diverse colleagues. Effective training when offered. Originally, a positive hybrid environment with a supportive expense plan for relationship building with clients.

      Cons

      DEXIAN went through a phase of M & A in the last few years. The company went from being about the people to what seemed like a corporate spreadsheet that didn’t focus on business results. Constant changing KPIs and target were very challenging in a sales role. Disconnected and unengaged leadership, sometimes focusing on their own bonuses above championing their team members. Could not trust the delivery team on large deals.
