      No pros at all. Ghatiya company. Baniya Company. Toxic environment.

      Cons

      1.) The communication within the company has been lacking, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. 2.) The leadership style within the company appears to foster a toxic atmosphere.There seems to be a disregard for employee well-being. Excessive workload, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of support have negatively impacted the mental and physical health of employees. Burnout is a common concern. 3.) The company's commitment to diversity and inclusion appears to be insufficient. 4.) The company's policies and practices do not support a healthy work-life balance. 5.) Opportunities for career development and advancement seem limited. The absence of clear pathways for growth and development has led to frustration and a sense of stagnation among employees.
