      Pros

      Good start for freshers. Great work environment, work-life balance and a good start for freshers with well-supportive team leads.

      Cons

      Unlike stocks, we don't have any extra perks. Our CTC includes shift allowance. Every month, we are unable to fully profit from CTC. Unless you are a night shift worker.
