      Great place to work, good pay, good people, management is clear. This was a contract role for Meta. Lots of data analysis

      Cons

      No benefits, account management can be nebulous. Not many opportunities for growth

      Pros

      I was on Dexian's payroll and deployed at a client location. Unlike many staffing firms where you feel disconnected once on-site, Dexian provided exceptional support. Their HR team provided regular updates and were proactive in resolving any issues.

      Pleasent experience in Dexian Bangladesh

      Pros

      Guidance of a supportive manager, strictly stick to the job time, no extra hour work, if the office event ended late, after office hours, everyone gets a Transport allowance. Pleasant office events, trainings that refreshes mind.
