      numbers based performance extensive Calling sometimes makes you feel like a call center Staffing for US clients from India is awkward Need to be very flexible for a job like this

      Good for entry level. Lots of clients.

      Cons

      Senior employees jobs were eliminated in favor of younger entry level as part of business model change to move to becoming a more developmental firm.
