      They have Intercompany- with 55+ clients in US market bills in India Different tools and technologies-Zoho, Beeline, WYNDLY, Fieldglass

      Cons

      Culture needs to be more built rather then number driven Proper Incentive structure has to be there Heavy Manual work, needs a framework and process to streamline and progress daily sourcing and recruitment work
