      -Benefits are a bit lacking and expensive -Some people allowed to get away with bad behavior -Still some silos across the organization -Compensation models need to be updated

      Good team environment, clear career trajectory and they tell you exactly how to get promoted, pretty transparent with company updates

      Cons

      lack of consistency- there is a new initiative every week that they try to implement and nothing ever sticks
