Pros

The people here are really nice and always willing to help out. Management actually cares about work-life balance, so you rarely have to work late or over weekends. The benefits and perks are pretty good too.

Cons

Promotions and career growth can be a bit slow. Sometimes it feels like you have to wait for someone to leave before you can move up.

Amazing team and company culture. Mentors genuinely want you to succeed, work life balance is better compared to other staffing companies. Opportunity to make a lot of money at a young age. plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Still a grind, can be mentally exhausting at times. Lots of rejection out of your control. You have to be comfortable with cold calling. You have weekly targets you must hit.
