Cons

Company is a middleman between customer and developer and after my contract has been terminated I was laid off the same day without any other interviews for a new role.

Pros

The company has a good base salary for my position, 15-20% more than other companies.

Cons

The benefits are not too compatible with salary. For example, if you compare the bonus with your salary, in my case it was 2,33% of a month's salary.
