      Pros

      Started at Dexis during a huge hiring surge, which caused some infrastructure and capacity issues. They've been really caring about implementing policies and regulations that work FOR employees, not against them. Leadership is very conscious of how the 'work bees' are feeling, and it's great to have that recognized.

      Cons

      Communication could be improved - leadership expects things to filter down in a way that doesn't always happen. They're working on it though!

      Pros

      I worked for Dexis for less than a year but was sad to leave. Dexis is a good place to work. The people are hardworking and intelligent but most importantly also nice. There is a positive culture to the place where people enjoy coming to work with one another each and it starts with the Senior Management Team all the way down. There is a cohesive strategy at Dexis related to its growth and new business as well that seems well-thought out, it is definitely a company on its way up in size and status as a USG contractor.

      Cons

      Dexis is moving from a smaller sized company to a mid-size/larger company and still working through it's flow downs to all its home office staff and especially it's field offices/projects-- which tend to be more recently implemented/awarded programs. Sometimes corporate policies are slow to be implemented, however when they do happen they seem to be well-thought out and cohesive.

      Pros

      It is great to be in an environment where discussion is encouraged at all levels and opinions matter. Being a small business has not been a limitation to think big and do great things, and all this because every employee counts.

      Cons

      Thinking big also requires out of the box behavior and flexibility while demonstrating maturity and Dexis is working its way up to master it all.
