Thanks for your feedback! Dexis has grown exponentially over the past couple years, and we are proud to provide exciting and diverse opportunities to our staff. We will continue to regularly review our benefits and compensation package and find new ways to mainstream processes so our employees can be as effective as possible.

We are really looking forward to moving to our new corporate office this summer. This will provide more space for staff and consolidate us from three corporate locations down to one, which will better enable us to support our project staff seated around the world and throughout Washington, DC. Plus, it’s just a fun, unique space! Dexis appreciates the feedback on how we can improve our benefit package. Every year we evaluate our benefits to ensure we are staying competitive with the market and providing the best options to our staff. While we recognize our benefits may not be as rich as those of some other organizations, we are always looking at ways to improve. In the past year we have added several enhancements to our benefits including increased paid time off, a generous paid maternity leave policy, and enhanced training benefit.
