Pros

Dexis really is one of those places that recognizes that employees are their number one asset. They work hard to create a work environment where employees can thrive, do quality work and have fun. They spend time, energy and money in protecting their number one assets.

Cons

As any growing small business there will be growing pains. Dexis is doing the best to manage change and keep employees aware of the changes.

Pros

Dexis is the best company I've ever worked for. We work hard and we play hard. There is no gossip or drama, just a collaborative team that feeds on challenges and strives to make things better. We have really mastered work-life balance. The CEO cares about his staff and being at Dexis feels like being part of a family. We are working toward having an internal academy to strategically help us to grown professionally. We are on the fast track and riding the wave to success.

Cons

The pace is very fast and things are constantly changing. Space could be an issue in the near future, but upper management is doing its best to mitigate this.

Demanding but Rewarding

Pros

The company is growing rapidly which makes for an easier environment to work in. When you're working at a contractor that's stagnating, things can get unpleasant quickly. The growth also means there is a lot of opportunity to move within the company. The team is sharp and aggressively entrepreneurial. Leadership is genuinely interested in understanding employee frustrations and addressing them.

Cons

While leadership is genuinely interested in addressing frustrations, it isn't always successful. Systems are constantly being introduced and discarded for all aspects of work and some initiatives seem to just fall by the wayside when interest is lost.
