      Pros

      During my two years there I witnessed out-of-this-world growth in the development space. I'm convinced it was because of the bright, hardworking employees. Great atmosphere and work culture. Really sharp CEO who seemed invested in the well-being and and professional development of his staff and saw potential in the young people. Tons of intriguing projects happening at the cutting edge of development.

      Cons

      Of course, upward mobility really depends on the nature of the contract and the client. As a junior-level person I saw that you could be very talented but get stuck in the low-ranking levels. Not a reflection of Dexis - just a reality of being a contractor that I learned the hard way.

      Pros

      Started at Dexis during a huge hiring surge, which caused some infrastructure and capacity issues. They've been really caring about implementing policies and regulations that work FOR employees, not against them. Leadership is very conscious of how the 'work bees' are feeling, and it's great to have that recognized.

      Cons

      Communication could be improved - leadership expects things to filter down in a way that doesn't always happen. They're working on it though!
