      Great work-life balance within the company.

      While Diamond is a very well-rounded organization, the only drawback I can think of is that the salaries for some positions may not always align with fair market value.

      Completely refreshing. I no longer feel as if I have a job in banking, I have made a career with Diamond. They really look for opportunities for you to grow in your role, or in something that you would be interested in and give you the tools to succeed.

      I can not say anything bad about Diamond!
