Pros
An absolutely wonderful family/owners who do a lot for local community.
Cons
This huge multimillion dollar company is treated like it's still a mom and pop store, and that just doesn't work, unfortunately. It's great that business is growing but culture and values must also enhance as the company grows. It was hard to work there and feel accomplished when there is no room for advancement, unless you're related to someone in charge. Very much a lot of nepotism at this company. A lot of people here are over worked and severely underpaid and barely appreciated.
