Pros

The technical work was genuinely interesting, and my colleagues were competent and knew what they were doing.

Cons

- I worked every weekend, often for entire days, without ever being explicity told to, because the workload effectively demanded it. - Messages regularly came in late at night, including around 11 PM, as if it were normal working hours, and it became clear that not responding was viewed negatively. - My vacation time was rarely real rest since I would still be contacted or return to urgent issues that made me feel obligated to stay engaged. - There was an unspoken expectation of constant availability, where being ready to respond immediately was treated as standard. - I became exhausted from constantly checking my phone first thing in the morning and right before sleeping because work never truly stopped.

Pros

Brilliant coworkers who genuinely want to help and support.

Cons

If you enjoy nonstop workplace chaos wrapped in fake corporates smiles and constant confusion, this might be your kind of place. The entire place carried a suffocating atmosphere, most decisions had no real input, and it constantly felt like people were expected to shut up and accept everything. The CEO set the tone, and it left almost no room for discussion or disagreement. Some managers treated people terribly, more like targets to belittle than employees to lead. The bully behavior showed up in meetings too. One of the founders repeatedly acted in a narcissistic way, taking credit when things succeeded but blaming others the second problems appeared. Trust between teams was almost nonexistent, communication was a complete mess, and good people never stayed long. My advice to you: NEVER JOIN!!!

Pros

Someone here said how it feels like a family...supporting each other under abusive parenting

Cons

Zero stars. This company that hides under the guise of moral superiority in their advertised motivation to replace the blood diamond industry, has initiated a partnership with a weapons manufacturer in the midst of an ongoing genocide, a weapons manufacturer supplying arms being used to blow children to bits and pieces. I worked on this said project under the company's stated intent that it's to revolutionize wafer technology, under the company's motivation in advancing green energy. I am glad I left especially learning of their one month old announcement in Linked In that these wafers I helped in developing are to be used by agents of war. In this sense, this company has become an agent of war and violence. This moral depravity is in addition to complaints of harassment ignored by HR.
