Pros

This is the first company I have worked at that truly holds up to its core values. They push prioritizing your personal life and has great benefits that also reflects that. Management supports you as you grow and works to find ways that let's you learn the tracks that interest you personally! A truly wonderful and positive place to be!

Cons

I genuinely wish I had someone bad to say. But there really isn't. Because the company is still small, I have seen sometimes you have to be creative on your own or have to solve problems without a lot of guidance but I think that is person to person and their preference on if they like that or not.
