Pros
Can make good money and also have a few months out of the year off.
Cons
Company motto: Safety 3rd. I have experienced many instances where this is true. Management is unorganized, not professional and unethical. If you work in the office you will be treated better than the ones out in the field actually making the company money. If you are not called for a job you may be "fired" but they won't tell you, so you sit around waiting as your unemployment is running out.
