Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry you're not enjoying your experience yet. I've got a couple ideas to help change that. As you know, we’ve recently changed from having a reactive customer service group to being a proactive sales team and that change is really helping us grow the business. We’ve implemented some very structured training programs to help current employees make that transition but it appears you’d like even more help. Please take a few minutes to write down the specific areas where you’d like more training and go over it with your supervisor – I guarantee you’ll get more training. Our success is dependent on your success and we’ll do all we can to make sure you have the tools and training you need to succeed. Our teammates are super friendly and they enjoy hanging out together - at least that’s what our other reviews say :) But it sounds like sometimes you feel left out. That stinks. Maybe you could talk to our awesome HR woman. She’s in charge of planning our fun events and she’s always looking for more help. I think if you get more involved you’ll find yourself connecting with more teammates and you’ll start to enjoy yourself more. This really is the friendliest group of teammates you could ever imagine. I hope these ideas help because we really do want you to succeed and be happy!

I'm sorry things didn't work out for you at Dickson. During the hiring process we do our best to put candidates in a position to succeed but we don't always get it right. I know you're disappointed things didn't work out but you're a good guy and I know you're going to find a position you like even better and do great things in your career.
