Flexible hours made it great while working through school. Good training program. Good benefits for a part time job.

Cons

It is not easy to get time off, especially around holidays. It can be difficult to deal with customers daily.

Poor scheduling, management would often not give requested days off even if asked in advanced

1. Weekly paycheck 2. Job simple enough to pick up 3. Usually management will work with you based on your schedule 4. If you are decent, you usually can get a decent amount of hours

Cons

1. Management does little to empower employees despite them preaching about it often 2. Depending on who your managers are, your life can be hellish 3. Since people don't need much skills to get a job here, most people are often unable to do their jobs decently and the people who are good get stuck picking up the slack (not fair at all) 4. You won't get enough hours for health insurance, new people must work minimum of 30 hours per week to qualify every week
