Pros

Great part time jobs. Good for retired people and first time employees. Great Benefits. Some of the stores provide great customer service.

Cons

Promoting too many young people under 30 years of age and not promoting enough older more experienced people to operate the stores.

I worked there for 21 years, being open availability and willing to learn you will will have a great chance to move up in the company, they are union so fair with pay. Management is great to work for Working there made me a better person, they taught me to work well with the public

Cons

They are not National, i had to move to Florida due to Family health so i had to resign my job no where to transfer to..

It was a learning experience. I learned how to act as a team leader ,motivate and help others not only to get the task on hand get done but help them move up in the company as well.

Cons

I worked 70 to80 hours a week for minimal pay.It started out as a 50 hour a week job and they continued to gradually add more hours with no extra pay.
