Decent company to work for, poor management and low pay

Very flexible with schedule and availablity Union job so you do get good benefits Most* other employees are fairly friendly

Cons

Low pay Hard to get very many hours Management is often in their own little world Union Job Can be hard to advance, typically requires working poor hours, 4am and over nights

Pros

you will meet many good people, and the insurance is the best.

Cons

No room for growth, raises take forever to get. I was there for three years and only made 9.55 after starting at 8 per hr. Management gets angry if you try to change departments. theres many more cons but I'm tired of writing...sorry .....p.s the top pay is only 11.15 per hr obtained after close to 7 years of employment. Only hire part time
