For a growing company they have impressively maintained their authentic, mom and pop shop feel. They attract and hire great, genuine people who truly care about their job, work performance, but also keep it real. They also regularly maneuver people to different departments/locations within the company.

Cons

Major holidays mean crazy long hours. And there is no remote or even partial remote work even if the nature of your job doesn’t require you to be on site to complete.
