Customers Lack of support for part time employees

The company needs to do more to make every store a good place to work. 1) Dosomething about the poor workers. Several workers do almost nothng al day and their work ends up done by their teammates. Get rid of them because we are doing their work anyway. It's depressing to see people drawing the same pay and doing nothing to earn it. Handle abusive managers One manager is so mean that everyone hates her but management wont do anything to her. I left one store because the store manager yelled at many employyes. The number of people who have left because of that manager is staggering but he is still there.
