Pros

You work at a grocery store so you can just grab groceries you need after work. You’ll also work with really great people of all ages.

Cons

Part time still means 5 days a week, no weekends off. Shortest shift is 4 hours. Dierbergs rewards bad customer behaviors. Customers learned that if they complained about the smallest thing, they’d get something free in return. This made for really arrogant customers.
