Pros

I worked at Dierbergs for almost a year and I loved the environment and the employees. Even the customers, they might come once or twice a week and you can see how much my former coworkers care. They always make sure customer aren’t means or being disrespectful.

Cons

I think the only thing I don’t like is when they have a employee under the age 18 they don’t let them do anything on their own. I know some thing are hazardous but things like leaving the store on their own or going on break on their own. I know at the store I worked at I always had to be walked to clock out and to the front of the store and when I went on break I always had to go on break with some one, at the time I was 17, I just don’t understand when we had a lot of team members on the floor.
