Union to protect you & for benefits

Cons

Scheduling is not flexible- depending on store and role. Store Directors that have no idea what they are doing and do not listen or try to help in anyway. Assistant store managers that just hang around in the back or sit in the office. Work loads and expectations that are unreasonable and go way beyond the job description you were given when hired, with no extra compensation, just a $1 off scratcher. High turnover rate caused by poor leadership.
