Pros
- Management are open to you diversifying your role if you take a likeness to another skill - Workmates are more like a family - Digga is very supportive of employee health and host two fitness sessions per week. - State of the art equipment everywhere - They are supportive of female growth in a normally male dominated area - If you go the hard yards and stand up in your role there is growth available - Frequent staff BBQs - Frequent car cleaning available - Good work/life balance
Cons
-Some managers have been with Digga a very long time and they can be quite archaic in their work ethic i.e regards to small business mentality which Digga as long since outgrown - Micromanagement depending on the mood - Some managers aren't really up to skill as most uni graduates so it can be quite difficult to grow in your skillset when there is not much they can teach you, self learning is a big thing for employees -Wage is low to average in comparison to similar careers in the field - Some managers can get a bit petty i.e If one of their employees does a job a bit more efficiently than what the manager could, they'll micro manage to appear in power
