Pros

Great teamwork, friendly teammates. Most seniors have over 20 years of development experience in the network system field. You can find help anytime you need it. Good place for the first job to getting familiar with SDE role.

Cons

Leadership keeps ignoring the contribution and ability of the team. Even though the team's achievement won the biggest deal for the company. No clear path for career development. Lower than average payment to junior engineers, immigration policy is not friendly .

They were good at work life balance.

I worked at the office in Lindon and it felt like it was dying. Everyone had been there for forever and they weren't very competitive.
