Dear Current Employee, Very happy to hear that you feel you are treated well and believe we have a great culture. We work hard to give you a great experience at DigiCert and we appreciate your recognition. Always room for us to do more, and we hear you about the compensation. We do utilize external market-based data to help us with our compensation offering and we make sure that managers have a robust budget to reward for performance.
