      Pros

      -Focus on the customer, we try to make sure that the customer gets exactly what they need as fast as possible. -friendly and hardworking coworkers. The workload can change very quickly throughout the day but there is a solid team that you can rely on to help you get the work done, even the managers are hard working. -great benefits -digitrip -fully stocked break room -management is very approachable and has an open door policy, they are willing to work with your schedule (school, family/emergency events) -office in St George feels like a small start up, there are a smaller group of employees and it feels more personable

      Cons

      It may take a long time to move to full time if you are part time. Part time pay is a lot less and there are no benefits. the office in Lehi (the main office) feels very corporate and big.

      Pros

      Very employee friendly. Great pay. Great perks. Customer service is #1, when in doubt, we err on the side of the customer. Company mission and values is focused on delivering value for customers. Customers come first. Flexible time off, great co-workers. Awesome opportunities to jump in and work on key projects and management gives a lot of autonomy to employees to deliver their best in order to serve customers.

      Cons

      There are only a small number of new openings that happen each year so for some people career advancement may need to wait as the company grows or they need to look elsewhere. But DigiCert offers educational reimbursement and training so internal candidates are always at the top of the list for new positions in the company.

      I absolutely love working at DigiCert. There is lots of room to advance your career as well as your own skill set and all of the managers are supportive of personal growth. DigiCert cares about their employees and puts things in place to make them feel appreciated as well as have a good work-life balance, like: - Bi-yearly reviews - Above average compensation - Pay-it-forward program - Fully stocked kitchen and catered lunches 2x weekly - Yearly DigiTrip - Company parties for the whole family - Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      I wish that there was better communication between upper management and then down to the employees. Sometimes it is hard to know where the company is going next because the corporate strategy/financial standing is not communicated. Feedback is also not communicated effectively from upper management.

      We hear you and improving communication with our teams is a top priority. We've tried to carefully balance general messaging and interaction directly from the executive team and communication from individual department leaders. What we ultimately want is to have regular communication from executive team members, but strong communication from department leaders to their teams. We can and need to do better in training department leaders to better communicate our company goals with their teams. We've already been meeting with a few teams to start helping them along and to help people see our quarterly goals and development plans. Over the new few months employees should see more frequent meetings within their departments to review high level plans and ensure that we're all on the same page.
