      Great Culture, Real Recognition, and Meaningful Growth

      Pros

      DigiCert has been a place where I have felt genuinely valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. I recently received a promotion, which reinforced my belief that the company recognizes effort and rewards people accordingly. What really makes working here a pleasure is the culture. While many companies attract talent with compensation, the true goldmine is finding a place where you feel like you belong. For me, DigiCert has become that place. It is more than just a workplace; it feels like a company where people can build a meaningful career, make genuine friends and feel proud of the work they do.

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any meaningful cons to share at this time. My experience has been very positive, especially around culture, growth opportunities, and recognition.

      High performance expected, but compensation structure is extremely limiting

      Pros

      Great brand reputation and strong product offering in the cybersecurity space. Good learning environment for sales skills, exposure to enterprise clients, and high deal values. Colleagues are generally supportive and professional.

      Cons

      Commission structure is heavily capped and does not fairly reward high performers. Significant revenue generation does not translate into proportional earnings. Large gap between effort/results and compensation. Limited transparency around earning potential compared to other regions.
