Pros
There are some great people working there, but the level of nepotism and gossip is insane for anyone with some sort of values and work ethic.
Cons
An incredibly unprofessional, and tribal work environment in Columbia, MD. I do not recommend it for anyone especially former military members used to good order, discipline and loyalty. The CEO is incredibly rude and unprofessional, let's certain people destroy reputations with malicious attempts and rumors. All this is tolerated without any consequence management. I can't recommend this organization to anyone unless one decides to compromise one's values, morals, and ethics to be part of the "in-crowd."
