Pros

4-day work weeks (32-hour) are only the beginning of the fantastic perks of working at Digible. The company culture is incredible, and you can tell that the founders and leaders truly care about employees' health and well-being.

Cons

As with any successful business, Digible does have some growing pains. There are times when we are understaffed, but leadership does a great job of recognizing when that is happening and quickly jumping into action to get it resolved.

Pros

Great company culture, 4-day work week, flexibility to work from anywhere, wellness stipend, great benefits (401k, PTO, parental leave), community involvement, and fosters a collaborative and authentic work environment for employees and leaders to be honest and transparent about work. I enjoy the creative freedom, professional development, and opportunity to dive into other projects to build my skill set.

Cons

Some company culture events are decided last minute, so team members are left with planning logistics on short notice or remote employees are unable to attend given the short notice, but this is improving.

Great company overall

Pros

The 4 day work week (fridays off) is hard to bat an eye at Work from anywhere option Monthly company events Flexible schedule Managers trust you to do your job Very flexible PTO + holiday policy Coworkers are generally all super nice overall Company clubs like game club, true crime club, knitting club, book club, etc. HIGHLY encouraged to do self development and find happiness and hobbies outside of work

Cons

Compensation for salary bands is reviewed on a set schedule and no consideration for rising cost of living from 21-22 (at least as of 6/22). The teams can be fairly cliquey at times if you aren’t outgoing enough to insert yourself into things. If you’re outgoing this shouldn’t be an issue. Promotions have been unequal - some had to wait 2 years while some get promoted faster doing the same project and account load. Plus senior level postings at being posted with less experience than current employees have that aren’t senior level. Currently there is a lack of upward opportunities for growth but I do see this changing as the company grows.
