Pros

- 4 Day Work Week - Dog-Friendly Office - WFH/Office - Great colleagues - Lots of team events

Cons

There are moments where it feels like the roles aren't clear to the employees and they aren't being compensated fairly for the responsibilities and tasks that they are continuously taking on. It also can feel sometimes like resources go directly to our tech (Fiona) when really they should be pushed into the agency.

Pros

Digible has great benefits and an even better company culture. Among the many perks include a 4 day work week, partial work-from-home schedule, and a lot of learning opportunities.

Cons

It's hard to even come up with a con for Digible but I suppose working with apartments and multifamily is not the most glamorous.

Pros

Great Team, Great Vision, Great Leaders. The Onboarding Process is great. All in all The Best Company. Work Life Balance is really amazing. 4 days of work each week but still getting paid 5 days.
