Pros

Digipulse Technologies Inc. is a great company to work with. The CEO, the Admin and HR personnel are all very transparent, highly responsive and easy to work with. The legal team is very quick and efficient in initiating and processing the paperwork such as H1B transfers, Perm processing, I-140 etc.

Cons

PTO's are very limited when compared to other larger consulting companies and no 401K employer contributions provided.

The communication is pretty transparent, both with the employees as well as the clients. They have a good bunch of clients and most of projects are long term. There is no micro-management, the administration manages the employee lifecycle pretty efficiently compared to some of the big consulting companies out here. Good compensation compared to other consulting firms.

Cons

The perks are a little low, for example you don't get as many PTO's or paternity leaves as you would get normally.
