Pros
The communication is pretty transparent, both with the employees as well as the clients. They have a good bunch of clients and most of projects are long term. There is no micro-management, the administration manages the employee lifecycle pretty efficiently compared to some of the big consulting companies out here. Good compensation compared to other consulting firms.
Cons
The perks are a little low, for example you don't get as many PTO's or paternity leaves as you would get normally.
