Pros
I am being with Digipulse for the past 5 months. Personally I feel it is a smooth transition to start working for Digipulse. 1 . Initially got back to back interview scheduled hence selected into the team as early as possible though other results were pending 2. H1B transition was smooth., I discussed with HR/CEO for premium processing payment, understanding my situation they were so flexible on that. 3. Salary negotiation, they offered good package and promises to raise annually 4.they seems to have good legal team, legal things rolled out smoothly without issues. 5. Initiated I140 process after 4 payslips and HR is highly highly reachable via phone or email. 6. Client to whom I am working for is big shark in the market , trusting there won’t be issues to the job. Above are all my own personal experiences.
Cons
Process are already fast enough but it can be done much more faster. Hoping for pay rise annually as promised 😀😀.
