Pros

Very much employee friendly firm. Management is very attentive to any employee issues like rate negotiation, preferred projects or locations, etc and gets sorted out quickly. Marketing team is also good and has wide range of clients. Project placement is quick and takes on an average 1 to 3 weeks depending on the employee's preferences. Management really looks for long term relationship with both employees and clients

Cons

Not any I can think of. I am with DigiPulse from last 4+ years & worked with 2 separate clients. Didn't find any issues with DigiPulse.

Pros

I went on board with Digipulse in 2009 and was with them for 5 years. They were very helpful during my green card process and very upfront about how the whole process would work. Since it's a smaller yet growing company the employee focus is very positive. I left the company on good terms and still recommend any friends /colleagues looking to move to consulting to them.

Cons

There weren't much cons except the fact that you had to sometimes find the projects yourself if your are looking for projects in areas where Digipulse doesn't have clients.

At Digipulse Technologies, I have worked for 4 years now and I am highly satisfied. There is easy access to management, the company has transparent employee policies. It is a customer-centric organization. Overall, a high integrity company to work at, with a highly professional management.

Cons

Potential for Professional certifications, higher education reimbursement support. Potential for relocation assistance.
