I joined recently as a software developer, HR team is very transparent in policies and always approachable for clarifications. The interview and job offer process was very fast and well-coordinated. Immigration support is excellent — i140 process is initiated very quickly. The company has a strong immigration team. H1B transfers are handled smoothly without delays, and all updates are communicated clearly. The company offers health insurance The company works with reputed clients and offers long-term projects that provide stability and opportunities for skill growth. Payroll is processed on time through ADP — no delays, no issues.
