The Management Staff are ALWAYS busy and ALWAYS stressed. I do not blame them, DDF is in the final stages of transferring from one state to another. These guys are tying to set order and lay bricks in a maelstrom of new employees and delayed construction, but the job gets done.
Repetitiveness. If you work here and you are lucky enough to get put onto a product of something you like or love. A game you play at home, or a website you visit often, anything. You will soon learn that your love is temporary. You will see that same product day, after day, after day, after day and it will grow stagnant for you. Work is work. You are not paid to enjoy the product, you are paid to test it. If you are not able to separate yourself from that attachment to achieve the companies goals and meet the clients demands, then this is not the job for you.
Secrecy, you are not aloud to talk about any product or project you are working on. If you are a nerd, and you are working on a project that will spark interest in the nerd culture, tough! You can't tell a soul, even momma! The only way they get to know your work is if your name rolls on that products end credits! And that's how they expect it to stay!
