Relaxed environment, a good Stepping stone to better Game Tester Jobs. Free Coffee, limited Game testing. Will teach you how to create a Bug report.

Cons

No advancement options, no 401k, no PTO, Never knowing when you will be fired. Not enough communication between office and employee.
