Pros

Digital Dream Forge is a great company if you're trying to break into the tech field. You work hands on with alot of products and program that aren't available to the public yet.

Cons

It can be boring and monotonous sometimes. As well, you get about a 3 hour training, and then kinda get thrown to the wolves. It's def a learn as you go work environment.

Long hours, repetitive. Next to no room for advancement.

Free Coffee, laid back culture (overall), no cubicles, collaborative environment.

Cons

Low to average pay, limited advancement opportunities, upper management is very hands-off and can be out of touch with employees, most team leads and management communicate through email and secret meetings and pass limited information to lower level employees.
