Pros

The pros for working for this company are the environment that they have created. They had a quick response to covid. Many members of management are caring and easy to work for.

Cons

Some of management seem out of reach to the rest of the staff making a team environment hard to achieve

Pros

I really like that the company moved us all to work from home so fast when COVID started. I never thought they’d let us work from home. It turned out awesome. I don’t miss being coughed on by the dude next to me. People are getting raises and bonuses, so the company seems to be doing ok.

Cons

A little paid time off would be nice.

Steady, up until it isn't.

Cons

Management loves to make racist jokes when they think folks aren't listening. Constantly breathing down your neck. Turnover rate is ridiculously high.
